DELIVERY  

 
Most items ordered from us are sent First Class Royal Mail Packet Post, and may arrive the next day, but in some cases, within a few days, depending on the post. Some heavy items, such as paper are sent seperatley by Second Class Packet Post and will normally arrive later if ordered with cartridges. We occasionally use a courier service depending on the size of the order.

In the rare event, a packet is not received, you will be required to contact your local post office to make sure the item has not been returned to the Post Office Depot. Please note, it is the customers responsibility to contact their Post Office. We cannot do this for you as it is your private post. It is Royal Mail policy to allow up to 15 working days before a packet is reported as missing or lost in transit. If you are unfortunate to experience this, then please call us after 10 working days. We will post you a declaration form which you must sign after 15 working days from dispatch of original order, and return to us before any goods can be resent.
(This form is copied by us and the original signed copy is sent to Royal Mail for investigation and claim. The form is to protect Us and Royal Mail from fraudulant claims.)
Please note, if a packet is returned to us as 'not called for', we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (20%) for the returned goods, due to failure to collect your goods from the Post Office.
We may use a courier service in certain circumstances, if the order is heavy (or if the customer requests and pays for this service.) In this case, we will arrange to contact the couriers ourselves to rectify delivery problems.

We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the customer due to late deliveries, and will not pay compensation in such cases. 


All products remain the property of ToneZone UK Ltd. until paid for in full.

Please Note: We only ship within the UK (For orders to Southern Ireland, additional postage is charged at cost and added to order total )
