Delivery Information And Charges

Delivery is free for orders £5 and over (*). Orders under £5 are subject to a 99p p&p charge.

*Some items require courier delivery such as most laser cartridges and these will be subject to a one off £5.95 charge, which is added to total sale value at checkout.

The free delivery only applied to UK deliveries.

Orders to Southern Ireland will be subject to an additional charge for delivery.
This is calculated at cost for Airmail and will be added at our office and added to the total before any charge is applied to the credit card.

UK orders will be mostly sent using 1st class post.
Some heavier items such as paper products and cables are occassionally sent using 2nd class post due to the weight.

Packets should be marked if there is more than one parcel being sent. (i.e.1 of 2, 2 of 2 etc)
It is common for printer cartridges to arrive at their destination before paper turns up, so please allow extra time for paper.

1st class delivery is not guaranteed next day delivery. Most packets do arrive next day, but it is possible for Royal Mail to have delayed deliveries. This is out of our control and we cannot chase packets for you.
Unfortunately, if you have a failed delivery, you will need to make arrangements with your post office to redeliver or collect.
We are not allowed to do this for you, as it is your personal post and Royal Mail have their rules for security reasons.

If your order is delivered by courier, then this will be tracked and we will chase up non delivered items, except if you are not available to take delivery of the item. In this case, you will be left a calling card and you will need to call the number supplied to arrange redelivery.

What ever the circumstance, we will always do our best to help with deliveries and queries

Frequently Asked Questions
The Cartridge Isn't Printing
Have you removed the sealing tape? Usually yellow in colour with directional arrows on it. Try dabbing the cartridge on a tissue to check that the ink is coming through.
Check that the right cartridge has been installed in the right place.
Is it definitely the right cartridge for that printer? Some ranges can look similar but will only work in the printer that they are meant for.

The Print is broken up / smeary
This can usually be solved by the cleaning function of the printer. This can be found under your Printer Properties under 'maintenance' or 'ink cleaning'. Sometimes this can be found on the printer itself. Printing a test page will reveal whether the quality has improved. The cleaning process may need to be done more than once.

It says that the cartridge is empty, even though it is new
Sometimes this can be ignored and printing can be continued with anyway. Unfortunately, you do not always get an ink level reading with some compatibles. This does not mean that they are faulty, it is merely an effect of using them.
Still having problems? Try removing the cartridge and re-installing it. Sometimes turning the printer off and on again may help.

Always check your user manual for the printer, as each one is different.
