Delivery Information And Charges

  • Delivery is free on orders Five Pounds and over, unless stated.

  • Orders under Five Pounds are subject to a 1.99 postage and packaging charge.

  • Some Items (usually Lasers and Drums) require special delivery and these will be subject to a one-off 5.95 delivery charge, which is added at the checkout stage.

  • Free delivery only applies to UK Deliveries

  • Southern Ireland - orders will be subject to an additional charge for delivery. This is calculated at cost for Airmail and will be added to the total before any charges are made to the card.

  • Deliveries outside the UK will incur additional charges

  • Sometimes orders may be sent in more than one packet. In these circumstances they should be marked 1 of 2, 2 of 2 etc.

  • We use Royal Mail for the majority of our orders. In some circumstances it may be possible for them to have delayed deliveries. If you have a suspected failed/delayed delivery it is your responsibility to make arrangements with your post office. Unfortunately, for security reasons, we cannot do this for you.

  • In the unlikely event that the package has been lost, Royal Mail's policy is to allow 15 working days before allowing lost post claims.

  • Whatever the circumstance, we will always do our best to help with queries.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Cartridge Isn't Printing
Have you removed the sealing tape? Usually yellow in colour with directional arrows on it. Try dabbing the cartridge on a tissue to check that the ink is coming through.
Check that the right cartridge has been installed in the right place.
Is it definitely the right cartridge for that printer? Some ranges can look similar but will only work in the printer that they are meant for.

Try placing the empty inks back in the printer and replacing them one at a time. If one has a faulty chip, this will determine which one it is.

The Print is broken up / smeary
This can usually be solved by the cleaning function of the printer. This can be found under your Printer Properties under 'maintenance' or 'ink cleaning'. Sometimes this can be found on the printer itself. Printing a test page will reveal whether the quality has improved. The cleaning process may need to be done more than once.

It says that the cartridge is empty, even though it is new
Sometimes this can be ignored and printing can be continued with anyway. Unfortunately, you do not always get an ink level reading with some compatibles. This does not mean that they are faulty, it is merely an effect of using them.
Still having problems? Try removing the cartridge and re-installing it. Sometimes turning the printer off and on again may help.

What is the difference between Compatible and Refilled Inks?

Refilled inks are basically ones that have been recycled. They have been cleaned, refilled and tested. Refilled inks usually have more ink in them than the original branded ones.

Compatible Inks are not recycled and are made from new.

Canon Refills

If experiencing problems/error messages with the use of Canon Refill inks, try pressing and holding the stop/resume button on the printer until the message disappears. This usually takes about 10 seconds. Try replacing the inks one at a time.

Always check your user manual for the printer, as each one is different.
